At Juice Plug, we’re committed to delivering your orders efficiently while remaining fully compliant with U.S. vaping regulations. Please review the information below to understand our shipping, returns, and age verification policies.
Age Requirement (21+)
All customers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from Juice Plug. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement. We do not sell, ship, or market vaping products to minors. Orders that fail age verification may be canceled and refunded (excluding processing or shipping fees).
Processing Time
We process orders Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Orders placed after business hours will begin processing the next business day. All orders require 1-3 business days for processing before shipment. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using a reliable carrier. Estimated delivery times vary depending on location, weather, and carrier operations. Shipping timelines begin after the order has been processed and handed off to the carrier.
Possible Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to carrier capacity or high shipping volume, weather conditions, or logistical issues. We recommend monitoring your tracking information for the most accurate updates. If you experience issues, our Customer Support Team is available to assist.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order by clicking the tracking link in your confirmation email or logging into your customer account (if applicable). Tracking updates may take time to appear, especially before the package reaches a sorting facility or local carrier hub.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
To avoid delays, please ensure your shipping and email addresses are accurate at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. Original shipping and packaging fees are non-refundable. Refunds (if requested) will exclude shipping costs.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of vaping products and health & safety regulations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on e-liquids, disposable devices, or opened/used products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem. If approved, Juice Plug may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Legal & Compliance
Juice Plug complies with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the sale of vaping products. Customers are responsible for understanding their local regulations before placing an order. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our policies or applicable laws.
